If I seem a little shocked it is because I am still trying to come to terms with the fact that I agreed to run the Boston Marathon to raise money for CTF.
Today was my first day of running in almost 4 months (maybe more) and it went well, if you consider gasping for air so loudly that the guy on the treadmill next to you keeps staring at you wondering if you are about to collapse at any moment well....and that was before I even finished the first mile.
I keep telling myself that I don’t officially start my training until January 4th (why Jan 4th - I am not sure - that was the date that at the time seemed far enough away to give me time to change my mind.)
